Returns Policy
We hope you love everything you buy from The Global Bohemian, but we promise a full refund within our returns guidelines if you’re unhappy with your purchase.
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery, as unfortunately any item received out with this time cannot be refunded.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in a resell-able condition with all tags still attached. If you don’t, we can reasonably decline your refund.
- Item(s) must be returned at the customer’s expense and all original delivery charges are non-refundable. Please use a tracked service to guarantee a safe return to us. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us! Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
Please allow between 7-14 working days for your parcel to be returned and processed by our team. An automated email will be sent to you once your return has been processed and your funds should arrive via the original method of payment shortly after this. If you haven’t heard from us within a reasonable time please contact us with your order number and details of the items returned via the form below.
We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
Credit Note
All our pieces are unique and one-of-a-kind which means we can't exchange or swap items. What is on the shop store front is all available stock. We can credit note your account for the original spend so that you can then purchase a new item or offer a refund.
Customs
Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by The Global Bohemian. Please check with your local mail service for information on what fees you may incur.
International Returns
International returns are accepted. If the return is due to a defective or damaged item, this will be free of charge. You will be required to meet the costs of all other returns. This includes postage, transport and any associated import or customs costs where applicable. We only refund the cost of the original item(s) and not any duties or taxes that were paid during the initial sale.
Christmas Gifting 2025/2026
If you purchase an item for yourself or for someone else during the festive period (01/11/2025 - 24/12/2025) our returns/exchanges period has been extended to the 30th January 2026.
*Please make sure to contact us before this date if you have gifted something that isn't suitable or doesn't fit. We will refund damaged goods and credit note anything that doesn't fit as expected
