Returns Policy 

Faulty or Damaged Items


In case of receiving a damaged item, please contact us at louise@theglobalbohemian.com with the order number and photographic evidence of the damage. For extensively damaged items, we will discuss the possibility of a replacement, store credit, or a full refund. Please note all our items are hand checked before being loaded to our website for sale. We only stock small batches so for that reason each one has been checked.  

Incorrect Item Received


Should you receive an item that differs from your order, please inform us at the above email address and include your order number, item description and photos of the item and the packaging.

General Returns Policy

The majority of our items are all one-of-a-kind meaning they are handmade, and sold as seen from our website. We don’t offer multiple sizes or colours. All our stock is on our website for purchase or pre-order. The majority of our sizes are FREE sizes and we advise you check out the listing description as we state the length and bust as well as what we recommend for the fit size in UK standard sizing.

For this reason we don’t offer returns as standard and they will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Cases for returns will only be assessed if the listing didn’t accurately describe the item or there is damage (please see our notes on quality are guide around the handmade nature of our clothing). If you want to reach out for a return case contact us and send images with your request. We aim to resolve these within 7 days.

In the event a refund is eligible the original shipping costs are not included and the buyer will pay for return postage.

Sale items are not eligible for returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
