All orders are shipped using door-to-door using Teleship. Postage to anywhere in the EU is EU 11.36. Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 4-7 working days for delivery. Our platform will send you Telepship tracking so you can check it at any stage.

We collect 21% tax for all EU orders at checkout and these are dealt with by our courier so you don't need to pay on arrival.

For all orders over EU 150 duties will be charged at checkout as a separate line item and our courier will deal with import duties so there are no extra charges on arrival.

All orders are shipped using door-to-door service by Teleship and every item is tracked. We ship via air mail, and it typically takes around 3-6 days. The cost for shipping anywhere in the US is $25.

New tariff costs: US orders are now subject to tariff charges when shipping from the UK. The new duty charges are shown as a separate line item at checkout. These are then combined with the cost of the item and the shipping. We handle all duties and import papers in the UK before your parcel gets to the US border.  You will only need to pay duties and shipping once at checkout. As our garments originate and are made in India, they will be subject higher tariffs. These tariffs are included at checkout.

UPS keeps hold of your package for 14 days at a local depot in the US if you are unable to be in at the time of delivery.

Currently all other international orders are shipped via DPD Air Express. Shipping rates are shown at checkout for individual countries. Taxes and duties are also shown (but not collected) so when the destination courier in your country receives the package it will likely incur a Duties and Tax charge before being released.

In 2026 Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore and UAE will be shipped via Teleship which will mean we collect any duties and tax in the UK at checkout and then your parcel will be delivered directly without incurring any additional; charges.

In the event that your delivery within the UK does not arrive within 15 business days, you are entitled to a 5-day window to contact us for a claim using the contact form below.

For international orders, a waiting period of 30 business days is necessary. Following this, if your items are still not delivered, please reach out to us using the contact form below.
